2.2 - All orders made by you through stromberg-guitars.com are subject to acceptance by us. In the circumstance we refuse your order, we cannot be held liable to any party.

2.4 - Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you the customer and Stromberg Guitars will take place at the point of order dispatch, unless we have notified you otherwise, or you have cancelled your order in accordance with the terms set out in Section 4 - Cancellations & Returns.

We offer free delivery for UK orders over 150 GBP and for international orders over 300 GBP.

We aim to ship products that are in stock within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Stromberg Guitars uses the shipping service of its choosing for shipping customers' orders. If a customer would like Stromberg Guitars to use a specific shipping service, this may be arranged for an additional fee.

Delivery outside the UK may be subject to local import taxes & duties, which are your responsibility where they apply.

5.1 - If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract within the cancellation period, you should return the goods to us within a reasonable time period (normally within 7 days) and take reasonable care in doing so, as detailed in the The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2000 No.2334).

5.2 - Upon cancellation of the contract we will credit your account with a full refund for the goods. Normally refunds are processed the same day if the goods haven't been dispatched or on the day of receiving the goods back, however, in any event, not later than 30 days after receipt of the cancelled goods. If you do not return the goods or do not pay the costs of delivery to us, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct cost of recovering the goods from the amount of the refund. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed, and will be deducted from the reimbursed amount if the order qualified for free shipping.

6.1 - It is our aim to keep all information on stromberg-guitars.com correct, however we do not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the material on this website. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice. If you find an error or omission at this site, please let us know.

6.2 - All prices displayed on stromberg-guitars.com include VAT for UK customers. Non-UK customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries.

6.3 - We always try to make sure that the prices on stromberg-guitars.com are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the Products in your Order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you, we will treat the Order as cancelled). If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full.

7.1 - All credit and debit card processing is encrypted and handled securely by Shopify Payments. We do not see your card details at any time

7.2 - We currently accept the following methods of payment online: VISA, VISA Debit, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro, American Express and Paypal.

7.3 - All Euro, Swiss Francs, and US dollars amounts displayed on stromberg-guitars.com are given as a guide only and may differ from the actual amount you pay, which will appear on your bank statement given by your own Bank or Credit Card Company. We cannot accept any responsibility for loss of funds caused by currency fluctuation.

7.4 - All Order details and invoices will be sent to the credit card billing address and not the delivery address if the named recipient of the Order differs

8.1 - Although we make every effort to ensure our website is available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if, for any reason, our website is unavailable at any time due to maintenance, system failure or conditions outside our control.

8.2 - From time to time, Stromberg Guitars may link to third party websites to provide the user with third party content, including but not limited to: videos from youtube, images, comments, reviews or links.

Stromberg Guitars does not accept any liability for the suitability or incorrect use of this content and is provided solely as a guide for the customer. If you choose to view any third party content (including visit a 3rd party site or play a video) you do so at your own risk.

9.1 - You may download, use or print extracts from this site for your personal use only. Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this website (including without limitation photographs, web designs & implementations, graphical images) are owned by us or our licensors.

9.2 - Product images or descriptions which we were created by Stromberg Guitars remain the property of Stromberg Guitars at all times and cannot by copied in any format under any circumstance without full written consent from Stromberg Guitars.

10.1 - Stromberg Guitars shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party (including your company), as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to your access and use of the website, any information contained on the website, your or your company's personal information or material and information transmitted over our system. In particular, neither Stromberg Guitars nor any third party or data or content provider shall be liable in any way to you or to any other person, firm or corporation whatsoever for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever arising from any delays, inaccuracies, errors in, or omission of any share price information or the transmission thereof, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon or occasioned thereby or by reason of non-performance or interruption, or termination thereof.

11.1 - By placing your order, you agree and understand that we may store, process and use data collected from you for the purposes of processing your order.

11.2 - We do not see or store your Credit / Debit Card number when you purchase online.

12.1 - We will make every effort to perform our obligations under the Contract. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to perform if such delay or failure is caused by any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a delay, we will perform our obligations as soon as reasonably possible.
